We are extremely proud to announce that Lowell has  been selected as a Finalist for The Yorkshire Financial Awards – Customer Service Award! 

This is a significant  achievement and recognises  the impactful work we are doing to make credit work better for all. Our unique combination of data science and customer focus has put us at the forefront of the industry, with an ethical approach to collections.

Here are some of our customer focused stats which made our award entry stand out:  

  • Our Trustpilot ratings have increased from 2.7 stars to 4.4 stars, with 71% of people rating Lowell as excellent
  • Improved perception in Google, moving reviews from 1.7 stars to 3.7 stars
  • An increase in Rant & Rave scores, which is our internal customer feedback tool
