This week Lowell was recognised with not 1, 2 or 3 but 4 industry awards!
 
Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year - Service Provider
Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year
Best Use of Technology - Customer Service, Collections & Recoveries (for our RPA work)
Women in Credit Award Rising Star of the Year – Non Creditor
 
Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year - Service Provider
Michelle Dunn, Process Manager said, “I am immensely proud that Lowell has been recognised for our work in vulnerability which is especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are constantly reviewing the support we offer our customers and there is lots of work planned for 2021 to enhance this further.  Well done to the team!”
 
Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year
Neil Costello, UK Marketing Director said, “the award entry covered various activities within Lowell from our website redesign to our client and corporate affairs activity. It’s a great to gain this recognition and everyone should be tremendously proud of what has been achieved.”
 
Best Use of Technology - Customer Service, Collections & Recoveries (for our RPA work)
Allan Surtees, Head of Intelligent Process Automation, “delighted to see that all of the hard work that the team has put in over the course of the last 12 months has paid off and been recognised with an industry award. Women in Credit Award Rising Star of the Year (Non Creditor)
Fiona Barker, Director of Commercial Finance, was presented with the Women In Credit Award Rising Star of the Year – Non Creditor. In Fiona’s time at Lowell she has not just made a difference to the business but also to her colleagues and specifically women. The three key achievements that underpinned the award entry were:
 
- Making finance accessible to all colleagues 
- Offering support to women within Lowell to advance their careers  
- Introducing a budgeting process that aligns to supporting strategic goals
