We are delighted to share the news that we have been shortlisted for three Credit Awards.
The Credit Awards known as ‘The Oscars of the industry', recognise and celebrate innovation, best practice and the hard work of individuals, business divisions and pan-global conglomerates across the entire industry.
The three awards we have been shortlisted for are:
- Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year Award for our group customer pledges, continuous improvement approach, and the new financial abuse processes.
- Conduct in Collections Award for our corporate affairs activity, customers in vulnerable situations strategy, and our Lowell app.
- Best Use of Technology Award for our digital app and free credit score information feature.
Some of our colleagues will be at the ceremony on the 29th of June 2022 to celebrate how Lowell is making credit work better for all.
